FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is your lead time up to 4-6 weeks?

Due to being a small business, yet having such a wide variety of items available, we just don't have the capacity available to keep all items in stock.

So because of this, we order the majority of our stock on demand. This means that after 24 hours of you placing your order, we order the items in to then be personalised by us. A lot of our items are ordered from overseas, so these shipments can take a little more time to arrive to us. Then we need the time to personalise the items in your order, before packaging and sending out to you. We do source a lot of products from our suppliers in the UK too, which means we can get your order done quicker if it's needed for a special event or occassion (e.g. a birthday, hen party, etc).

And don't forget, the majority of our orders are completed mostly during the evenings and weekends!

Can all of your items be personalised?

Yes, the large majority of our items can be personalised.

We offer three types of personalisation, embroidery, vinyl and sublimation. However, not all items are able to be personalised using all three methods. This info will be included on each individual listing as to what type of personalisation we can do on each product, and you will be able to choose via the drop-down menu.

(Our 'Boutique' section features products that are not able to be personalised).

What is Embroidery?

A decoration consisting of needlework created using an embroidery machine, that is programmed to stitch a design and/or letters combining texture, pattern and colour.

What is Vinyl?

There are two types of vinyl we use on our products, depending on what they are used for.

Adhesive Vinyl - this is used on items such as acrylic signs, gift boxes, mugs, glassware etc. We use a good quality permanent vinyl, which is made to withstand many years being outdoors.

Heat Transfer Vinyl (HTV) - this is used on all of our clothing items, and any other items that are primarily fabric, such as bags, aprons and soft toys. Once the design has been cut, we then use a heat press to apply it to the product.

What is Sublimation?

Sublimation is a type of transfer in which dyes, rather than inks, are used to transfer a design onto a garment suitable for sublimation, with a combination of heat and pressure. The dyes vaporise and are then absorbed by polyester fibres (in other words, transferring a print onto a garment).
