OUR POLICIES

DELIVERY / COLLECTION

We charge a flat rate of £3.95 for all orders requiring delivery.

Delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class, or sometimes Evri for larger orders. Unless we have arranged for a rush order and arranged a quicker delivery service for you.

Orders can alternatively be collected from us in Sheffield.

Collection dates/times to be arranged via us and customer.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that you may wish to change your mind about an order, which is why we allow 24 hours for cancellations. After 24 hours, cancellations are not accepted.

This is because as a small business, we order stock on demand, so technically items are ordered in especially for us to fulfil your order.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not accepted, due to the same reasons as above. Most products have size guides to follow, so please use these or email us for further information.

RETURNS

Refunds are not permitted on any personalised products, unless faulty.

 

We do not accept returns for items that do not fit if they are made to order or personalised. Please check sizes on each of the product pages or email us for further information.

We require receipt of the returned items before we will process a refund.

​

Please get proof of postage when you return your item, we are in no way responsible for items not arriving back with us.

We do not cover return postage costs unless the items is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Return postage will only be refunded in the case of damaged, or faulty items. Please include the receipt for the return delivery charge within the package or scan/take a photo and email us a copy.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

We always require any damaged or faulty goods back before we can process a refund. Please take pictures of any damage and email these to us, we can then notify you of next steps. Please note, please inform us on delivery that your item is damaged. Any delay and this may hinder the right to a refund. Items damaged once worn will invalidate our refund policy - and you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Any refunds will be made within 21 days from notification to us and in accordance to our terms and conditions.

DELAYS

We will make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time scales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We are under no liability for delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated time scales. Please order in plenty of time. Estimated lead times are on every product page.

MISSING ITEMS

In the unusual event of your order not arriving, we will, of course, offer a full refund or replacement. Your order will be deemed lost in transit after 21 working days have passed. 

UNAVAILABILITY OF ITEMS

Due to us ordering stock on demand, we will always order your items from our usual suppliers. In the unlikely event where our usual supplier is out of stock of a particular item, items will be sourced from elsewhere.

On the rare occasion where we are unable to source your product to enable to us to deliver within our estimated lead time, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the decision to either wait, or cancel your order for a full refund.

LEAD TIMES

The lead times listed on each product page are estimates only. If you require an item for a specific date, then you must inform us of this at checkout, if we cannot meet your specified date, then this will be discussed with you within 24 hours to enable the order to be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Refunds will only be processed when one of these conditions is met:

​

a) a damaged or faulty item has been returned to us and received.

b) a missing item has not arrived with you, the customer, and 21 working days in the UK has passed.

Please note – we do not refund orders that have not arrived by a specific date unless previously agreed.

​

Always order in plenty of time.

COLOUR DISCLAIMER

Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktops, the colours shown may appear different to the product you receive. It is not possible to guarantee that colours of garments you receive will be an exact match to the colour of the product you have viewed online because of this. We also advise that some colours portrayed online may also vary due to slight changes in dye and materials that occasionally occur. We cannot be held responsible for these differences.

 

Just because products have the same colour name e.g. “Blue” this does not guarantee that the colour “Blue” is the same across all products, changes in tone and the look of the material used may still occur. Please do not assume that colours across different products will match. A red t-shirt and a red hoodie will both be red, but may be different tones. We do not guarantee our colours to match even with the same colour name.

DOUBLE CHECK!!

Please make sure you check your orders to ensure everything you have selected is correct, as don't forget personalised items cannot be returned / rectified. We all make mistakes, so please make sure you check your spellings too. If we make a mistake on our end, we will sort that out for you!
